Brittany Holmes

Brittany works with individuals and families to plan for the moments no one wants to think about, but everyone eventually faces. Known for her ability to listen carefully, meet clients where they are, and guide them through difficult decisions with clarity and compassion, she focuses her practice on estate and guardianship planning, creating plans that ease the burden on loved ones during times of illness, incapacity, or loss. Her background in both estate planning and family law allows her to approach each matter with deep understanding of family dynamics and the emotional realities that often accompany legal planning.

A native of the Lowcountry, Brittany earned her undergraduate degree from The University of South Carolina and her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law. She is an active member of the South Carolina Bar where she currently serves on the Diversity and Special Projects Committees for the Young Lawyer’s Division. Brittany’s clients value her thoughtful approach, her patience in answering questions, and her commitment to ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the planning process.

Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons. She values faith, family, and intentional planning and brings those values into the work she does with the families she serves.
