Morgan uses her extensive 10 years of experience to serve clients in the areas of trust and estate planning, probate, business law, real estate transactions, and life care planning. She has handled a wide range of matters, including business succession planning, asset protection, wealth transfer, special needs considerations, and both simple and complex trust and probate matters. She regularly represents business owners for a variety of corporate matters, crafts unique trusts, wills, and powers of attorney, and negotiates and refines real estate-related documents like co-tenancy agreements, contracts, and leases. Above all, Morgan strives to help clients by providing thoughtful, detailed, and compassionate legal representation and advocacy.
A native of South Carolina, Morgan graduated cum laude from the Honors College at the College of Charleston before moving to Charlotte, North Carolina, to earn her J.D. from the Charlotte School of Law. Graduating summa cum laude and fourth in her class, Morgan was selected to intern for Justice Paul Newby of the North Carolina Supreme Court, earned 11 CALI Awards for excellence in her courses, and was the Senior Executive Editor of the Law Review, Historian of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors association, inductee into the National Order of the Scribes, Scholar/Author Award recipient, and a member of the Order of the Crown. Morgan is dual-licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina.
When she’s not in the office, Morgan enjoys playing golf, in-shore fishing, painting, reading, and spending time with her husband and two young children.
