Virginia Carroll

Virginia is an Associate Attorney at LawyerLisa, supporting clients in estate planning, elder law, and probate. She is committed to thoughtful planning and comprehensive support for clients and their families. Virginia looks forward to continued growth within the estate planning field and to serving the South Carolina community.

Virginia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During her time there, she led the Business Law Association, served as a Research Editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business, mentored fellow students through the USC Peer Mentor Program, and volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. She received the SC Association of Corporate Counsel Award for her work with the Business Law Association and the CALI Award for Advanced Legal Analysis. Throughout law school, Virginia discovered her passion for estate planning through student organizations and various clerkships.

Originally from Kennesaw, Georgia, Virginia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia.

Outside the office, Virginia enjoys spending time with her tuxedo cat, Sushi, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. She also loves experimenting with new recipes, walking the riverwalk, and spending time with family and friends.
