Essentials Plan

If you are seeking a straightforward, yet comprehensive estate planning solution, we offer our Essentials Plan to help you start your estate planning journey on the right foot. An Essentials Plan may be right for you if you have never had a formal estate plan, have limited assets, have an uncomplicated estate planning (and life!) situation, and are not concerned with aging and long term care issues yet. It’s easy to get started. Just complete your information in our online questionnaire and we will let you know if this plan may be right for you.

The UP side: streamlined process, majority of the process can be done online, includes a convenient zoom consultation, explainer videos for any topics you want more information on, does not require gathering lots of additional financial or legal paperwork, entire process can be completed in about 4 weeks, cost is set much lower than a traditional estate plan.

The DOWN side: your personal, financial, and health situation must be straightforward and fit within our guidelines, your goals and ultimate plan must fit into one of our basic estate planning categories, it does not include custom-drafted provisions, for married couples, your documents must “mirror” each other, it does not include complimentary changes and updates.

Please complete the below questionnaire with both you and your spouse's (if applicable) information.

Your confidential information is securely transmitted to our Estate Planning Department so they can schedule a consultation with you and prepare your documents. There is no charge for this initial submission and you will be contacted to discuss our fees before you are obligated to anything.

All appointments and representation of you as a client are subject to a firm conflict check. If you would like to have a conflict check done before submitting your information, please call our office at 803-563-5163 or email us at info@lawyerlisa.com. Submitting your information to our office does not engage us as your attorney. You will need to sign an engagement letter with our firm before we represent you as your attorney.
