Senior Action is a vibrant, growing nonprofit organization that serves close to 5,000 seniors all over Greenville County. Services have grown from activities and daily meals in each of our six locations, to also include home-delivered meals, lawn service, housing, and medical transportation. Senior Action is a membership program so you must be a member to attend the classes held here. The fees paid do not go to LawyerLisa. Register thru Senior Action on their website or in person- not via phone. Classes will be listed here.
The Shepherd’s Center of America has approximately one hundred centers across the country. They were founded as a means for older adults to continue to stretch their horizons, be contributing members of society, and help each other. The Shepherd’s Center is open to all persons and is intercultural, interfaith, and interracial. Classes are taught by people knowledgeable in their field. The classes cover many topics including history, science, literature, music, exercise, and much more. LawyerLisa currently teaches at two of their centers. To participate in the semester of classes, you must register with the Center.
